The Swiss regulatory body for gaming, the Federal Gaming Board (ESBK), and Gespa recently added almost fifty online gambling sites to their list of prohibited websites, including a domain associated with Bet365.

The list of prohibited websites was initially published in 2019 and is updated on a regular basis to reflect domains that ESBK or Gespa (which oversee gambling in the German and French-speaking regions of Switzerland, respectively) believe are operating illegally within the country. The most recent update was in June.

Internet service providers are required to block access to all websites on the list.

In the recent revision, a domain linked to Bet365 – 288-563.com – was added to the Gespa and ESBK lists.

Gespa’s list of prohibited websites now includes a total of eighteen websites, including betting exchange Matchbook.com, esports betting websites csgoempire.com and bahigo64.com – this is the eleventh Bahigo brand to appear on the list.

Betadonis.com, cryptokitties.co and escowin10.com were also included.

ESBK’s list also includes thirty-one new names, including two Bahigo brands, six Playamo websites, two Superbit Casino domains and five Wild Tornado pages.

Since 2019, the two regulators have prohibited over six hundred websites.
