## Sentosa’s Resort World Deputy Chief Executive Officer Exits
The integrated resort run by Genting Singapore, Resorts World Sentosa, has declared that their Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Lee Yi Shyan, is departing the organization.
Lee Yi Shyan will be departing on June 30th, as agreed upon with the board of directors. He was appointed to the role in January of this year.
Genting Singapore stated that Resorts World Sentosa will continue to concentrate on constructing their leadership team, expanding their operations, and recovering from the global health crisis.
Resorts World Sentosa is a part of Genting Singapore, a publicly traded company on the Singapore Exchange.
Lee Yi Shyan is a prominent figure in Singapore’s business landscape. After graduating from Cambridge University, he worked for 24 years in the Singapore government. He held positions in the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education, and Ministry of Trade and Industry.
After leaving the government, Lee Yi Shyan was the Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore Business Federation until 2022.
Genting Singapore reported a profit of S$340.1 million in 2022, which is an 86% increase from the previous year.
