Esports data and live streaming provider, Abios, a subsidiary of the Kambi Group, has joined forces with Rei do Pitaco, a Brazilian daily fantasy sports platform, to enhance Rei do Pitaco’s fantasy esports offerings. This collaboration will grant millions of Brazilian players access to a continuous fantasy football experience, expanding Rei do Pitaco’s current fantasy sports products.

Abios will furnish Rei do Pitaco with a suite of services, encompassing live esports streams, odds computations, and interactive functionalities. Abios’ esports product, integrated into the Kambi network in November 2023, covers more than 10,000 matches monthly and leverages live data from rights holders and automated modeling techniques.

Both organizations are enthusiastic about the alliance. Anton Janér, Managing Director of Abios, conveyed his excitement to collaborate with Rei do Pitaco in crafting a cutting-edge esports experience. Kiko Augusto, COO and co-founder of RDP, emphasized the seamless integration of Abios’ esports product into their portfolio, solidifying their connection with the Kambi Group, which acquired Abios in August 2021.

Remote Desktop Protocol is collaborating with Abios to enhance its forthcoming sports wagering platform with competitive gaming probabilities. Abios will furnish pre-game and live odds for virtual soccer, along with automated competition scheduling and revenue optimization instruments.

This alliance enables RDP to launch swiftly in Brazil, where they aim to venture into conventional sports betting once regulations permit.

Although this agreement initially centers on soccer, Abios is also endeavoring to deliver RDP odds for other prominent esports such as virtual basketball, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, and League of Legends.
